If our product fails to perform to your satisafaction within 3 years of purchase date, simply call us toll free at 1.888.477.0071 and we will assist you in resolving the problem. To expedite your assistance, please have your invoice number available at the time of call.


If we are unable to help you remedy the problem over the phone we will replace the cartridge for you.


Warranty does not cover:


Cartridges which are empty from use.
Cartridges not recognized or invalidated by the device resulting from customer failure to disable automatic firmware updates and/or cartridge protection features.


We cannot be held responsible for cartridges not recognized or invalidation caused by automatic firmware updates and/or cartridge protection features. This applies to all products.


Please make sure that the items you are returning were purchased from Customers returning products that were not purchased from will not be issued any refunds or replacements.
