If our product fails to perform to your satisafaction within 4 years of purchase date, simply call us toll free at 1.888.477.0071 and we will assist you in resolving the problem. To expedite your assistance, please have your invoice number available at the time of call.
If we are unable to help you remedy the problem over the phone we will replace the cartridge for you. Warranty does not cover cartridges which are empty from use. This warranty applies to all products.
