How are you able to offer such low prices?
We deal in volume and would rather make a little bit of money from each customer selling more cartridges than a lot of money from a few customers selling fewer cartridges. Word-of-mouth is our best advertising. If we save you money and offer great service you're most likely to tell someone else.
Are your compatible cartridges as good as the OEM brands?
Absolutely. Our compatible cartridges are fully tested chemically and physically to ensure that they are compatible with the OEM cartridges and safe for the printers. The compatible cartridge plants are also ISO 9001 certified to ensure quality standards.
How do I know which cartridge my printer uses?
You can select your printer brand from our main page and it will take you to a page listing all of the models of that brand that we carry cartridges for. If you are unable to locate your printer model, please feel free to call 1.888.477.0071 and speak with one of our customer service representatives. We can be reached Monday thru Friday between the hours 9AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship orders via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Most orders are received within 3-7 business days of ordering. What's nice about using the US Postal Service is that it allows us to ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses and they deliver on Saturday for no extra charge, unlike UPS and FedEx. Most orders placed by 3 PM Pacific Time (Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays) are shipped the same day.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE on all orders $55.00 or more. If your order is under $55.00, shipping is a flat $4.95 fee.
Do you ship Internationally?
Sorry, we don't. We do ship to APO, FPO and US territory addresses via USPS Priority Mail.
What credit cards do you accept?
All the major cards: American Express, Discover, Mastercard & Visa.
